Community Services
A healthy community brings forth a functional community, whereby creating a healthy society. We offer a wide range of community services which are structured to focus on giving help to our neighbors in need by providing outreach that serves the community. We support individuals and outstanding community partners through ongoing annual programs such as coat drives, homeless survival bags, counseling, medical assistance and health fairs. We look forward to developing new programs and events this year that will help foster community, health, and growth in our area.
Active Services
Homeless Program
Our current goals is to provide multivitamin to homeless men/women in order to help them with their daily nutrition intake. As one may know because of lack of daily food these men and women are not getting the daily essential nutrients. As funding becomes available, we will be providing other services.
Immigration Medical Exams
When immigrants or refugees are changing their visa in the US, a medical physical exam is required. We help complete the top section of the I-693 requested USCIS form and will arrange for the necessary physical exam to be completed by our designated health physician for minimal fee.
