​We partner with DestyOnCare Healthcare to help individuals who are suffering from substance abuse disorder. Now, individuals who are addicted to opioids like heroin, Percocet and oxycodone can be treated with either suboxone/Zubsolv/Bunavail/Vivitrol shot treatment with no money out of pocket.

  

Free Evaluation and initiation of the above treatment is now available for those individuals looking for help with their substance abuse disorder. This Program is being sponsor by Destiny Outreach Center to get more individuals into treatment for opioid substance abuse without worry about paying for the initial office visit.

 

Individuals  who need to be seen and has no insurance or  Medicaid, we will guide  them on how to apply for Medicaid in order to get for the treatment medication can be paid by Medicaid. We will be referring  all patients that are evaluated and seen for substance abuse treatment to start counseling  ASAP. Substance abuse counseling is an important part of recovery.

 

Our goal is  to  help those individuals to get their life together by providing overall care by referring to other entity for other issues they may have.
